Bathrooms in Kent
Tiling, plumbing and electrics in-house for a watertight, showroom-quality finish.
Bathrooms built to last
For over 25 years, we have delivered high-quality bathroom renovations for a varied clientele across Kent, creating spaces that combine durability, practicality, and modern design. From contemporary wet rooms and family bathrooms to luxury en-suites and full property refurbishments, every project is built with long-term performance and attention to detail at its core.
We believe the quality of a bathroom is defined by what sits behind the tiles, which is why we focus heavily on proper preparation, waterproofing, plumbing, and installation standards to ensure every bathroom is built to last. Whether incorporating underfloor heating, premium tiling, bespoke storage, or modern brassware, every space is tailored to the property and lifestyle of the client.
Our team manages the entire process in-house, including strip-out works, plumbing, electrics, tiling, plastering, flooring, sanitaryware installation, and final finishes. We regularly work with trusted brands such as Hansgrohe, Grohe, Mira Showers, and Crosswater, while also fitting client-supplied products and bespoke specifications.
With fixed quotations, regular progress updates, directly employed core trades, and a dedicated client portal, we provide a professional, transparent, and stress-free experience from start to finish.

Challenge
Clients had a 1970s family bathroom (avocado suite, 100x100 ceramic tiles, no extractor) and a tiny en-suite with a shower over a moulded plastic tray that leaked into the airing cupboard below. Two bathrooms to do simultaneously without the family losing all bathing facilities.
Solution
Phased the work: family bathroom week 1–2 (kept en-suite live), en-suite week 3 (kept family bathroom live). Family bathroom: full strip, new screed and joist replacement under the bath, full tanking, 600x600 porcelain floor with electric underfloor heating, 600x1200 porcelain feature wall behind the bath, walk-in shower with frameless screen, vanity unit with quartz top, heated towel rail. En-suite: full wet room conversion with tanked Aqualux gully, large-format porcelain, walk-in shower and vanity. Both rooms got new humidity-sensor extractors and dedicated electrics circuits.
Outcome
Both bathrooms handed over inside 16 working days. Family used one bathroom throughout. No leaks, no callbacks — three years on we've been back twice for unrelated work and seen them still looking like new.
Typical timeline
10–18 working days on site for a single bathroom, depending on tile complexity.
Pricing guidance
Family bathroom refits typically £8,500–£18,000 supply-and-fit. En-suites £6,000–£12,000. Wet rooms £9,000–£16,000 depending on tanking and tile choice.
Where we work
Bathroom installations across Bromley, Beckenham, Eltham, Welling, Bexleyheath, Dartford, Maidstone and Tonbridge.

Do you tank wet rooms?
Always. Every wet room gets a full tanking membrane behind the tiles, not just sealant in the corners.
Can I keep using one bathroom while you work?
If you have more than one, yes. For single-bathroom homes we keep the WC live as long as possible and warn you of the off-water windows.
Do you supply the sanitaryware?
We can supply at trade rates from Victoria Plum, CP Hart, Bathstore and others, or fit your own purchases.
How do you handle the electrics?
All in-house — Part P certified for shaver sockets, downlights, extractor fans and underfloor heating.
