Founded in 1999 in Maidstone, Design, Build & Maintenance Services has grown into one of Kent's most trusted family-run construction companies. Over the past 25 years, we have successfully delivered more than 480 projects, ranging from single-room refurbishments to New Builds, with much of our reputation built through repeat business and client referrals.
Every project is personally overseen by one of our directors, every site is maintained to a clean and professional standard and every client receives regular progress updates throughout the build process. These are the standards the company was founded on and they remain at the core of how we operate today.
As part of our service, clients are also provided with access to a dedicated client portal, allowing them to track project progress in real time. Through their personal profile, clients can review updates, access quotations and invoices, make payments securely and communicate directly with the team regarding any project queries or ongoing discussions.
